The injection lipolysis

The injection lipolysis is the treatment used for body shaping and making body areas look slimmer through the reduction of adipose tissue in the place of its application.

The treatment involves injecting the mixture of the ingredients into adipose tissue that cause the disintegration of triglycerides in subcutaneous tissue in the given area of the body. The active ingredients used in the lipolytic solution are the following: phosphatidylcholine, deoksycholat, L-carnitine and organic silica. The largest body shaping effects are achieved at the patients with local accumulation of adipose tissue, which cannot be reduced despite a diet and physical exercises. The most frequently the lipolysis is performed in the vicinity of the excessive accumulation of body fat: the chin, cheeks, abdomen, thighs and buttocks.

The course of treatment:
After skin disinfection, the preparation is administered using a syringe supplied with a thin needle into selected areas of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. At the injection place there are rapidly subsiding symptoms, such as redness and burning sensation, occuring. The obtained results include the loss of a few centimeters in the size of the body area which the preparation has been administered to. In case of the small accumulation of adipose tissue, usually
2-3 treatments are effective. The time interval between the subsequent treatments should be at least 4 weeks.
Contraindications to the procedure:

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance botulinum neurotoxin
  • Epilepsy, multiple sclerosis
  • Skin infections at the site of injection
